Summary of Services - Installation of an Elliott 16.5 MW Turbine Generator

1.    Inspect turbine rotor and generator stator, check tolerances and recommend refurbishment.     

2.    Set lower turbine and generator casing.

3.    Inspect and clean high-pressure casing and exhaust hoods.

4.    Align turbine and generator for setting of rotor and stator.

5.    Clean, inspect, refurbish and install bearings, reversing ring and packing.

6.    Set turbine rotor and generator stator.

7.    Check final alignment and clearances.

8.    Set upper turbine casing and install turbine valves and trim.

9.    Verify operation of turning gear.

10.  Assist on routing of oil piping and install of air coolers for the generator.

11.  Support for gland steam sealing system.
