Summary of Services - Boise Ducting
PES recently completed a multi-million dollar upgrade to Boise's Kettle Falls, Washington plywood plant. As general contractor, PES provided custom designed equipment and construction services. PES was awarded the contract to replace the main hot gas dryer supply and recirculation ducting. The project involved nearly every aspect of operation within the mill. A major concern to Boise was the design of several new dampers installed atop the energy system above the ground. Part of PES' scope included a design/build clear span access way across a major plant roadway and the addition of a new stairway tower.
