WOOD FIRED ENERGY SYSTEM

AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY

A fluidized bed energy system rated at 60 Million BTU per hour is available to supply energy to a rotary dryer, veneer dryer, boiler, thermal oil heater or other energy requirement. Wood waste or other fuels such as sludge, industrial fuels and other combustible materials 4-inch minus in size can be used as fuel.

The system has been used to supply heat to a process dryer and has become surplus. The scope of equipment available includes the following:

  • 60 MM BTU/HR Fluidized Bed Combustor

  • Fluidizing Fan and 250 HP Motor

  • Gas Blending Chamber with Fan and 250 HP Motor

  • Ductwork, Dampers and Supports

  • Automatic Bed Cleaning System (for continuous operation)


     

System is in good condition and would be able to provide continuous operation burning difficult fuels, meeting low emission requirements.
